Distributed IT support staff are responsible for distribution of Software to Campus machines.

Once the software is available a notice of the update will be sent to the Software email list SAM Shall provide and store all audit reports

UW-Milwaukee’s Software Asset Management department shall download all Software updates within 24 hours of release and provide the Distributed IT support staff access to the distributed Software via the Software repository.

Any audit shall be conducted upon not less than seven days’ notice at Distributor’s offices during regular business hours.

Adobe shall have the right to inspect and audit all Distributor relevant books and records relating to the reproduction and distribution of Software.

Distributor must maintain complete, clear and accurate record of the number of copies of the Software it distributes during each calendar quarter in a manner sufficient to allow Adobe to verify compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

30 days fully document and certify that Distributor is in conformity with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Adobe from and against any claims, law suits damages, expenses and costs, including attorney’s fees that arise from result from distributor’s reproduction or distribution of the software.

Distributor may not combine an Adobe Runtime with Distributor products or distributor services.

The IT administrator many modify the default updater settings of copies of the software distributed within an intranet.

Distributor may suppress the display of end user license agreement in distributed copies of Acrobat Reader DC or Adobe AIR.

Once update is available distributor will cease all reproduction and distribution of previous versions within 6 months of a new version being made commercially available.

Distributor will not disclose the location of distribution software.

May not distribute any version of the Software found elsewhere including.

Distribute only the version of this software provided to Distributor by Adobe.May distribute Software (excluding ARH) using ESD methods only on distributions intranet.May make a copy of an image on a distributor computer file server for the purpose of downloading and installing within the distributor’s intranet for internal use only.Please see Addendum for authorized operating systems.
